These terms govern your use of The Wireless Advisors website and client portal. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide independent wireless consulting: bill audits, carrier negotiations, and ongoing advisory. We are not affiliated with any wireless carrier.
Fees
Our one-time audit fee equals one month of the savings we identify. If we find no savings, there is no charge. Monthly advisory and business plans are billed at the rate quoted on the pricing page or in your engagement letter.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate account information and authorizing us to act on your behalf with your carrier when negotiations are required.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
Savings estimates are based on benchmark data and our experience. Final outcomes depend on carrier response and your usage and are not guaranteed.
Termination
You may cancel monthly services at any time. Outstanding audit fees for savings already identified remain due.
