This page is maintained by The Wireless Advisors LLC ("we", "us") to explain what information we collect when you use our website and client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is informational and not a certification or audit report.
What we collect
- Contact info you submit — your name, email, optional company, and the message you send via our contact form.
- Account info — the email and password (hashed) you create for the client portal.
- Documents you upload — wireless bills, contracts, and account screenshots you send us so we can perform an audit.
How we use it
We use your information only to deliver the services you've asked us for: responding to inquiries, performing wireless bill audits, negotiating with carriers on your behalf, and providing ongoing advisory.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — our hosting and database provider, and (when you authorize it) the wireless carrier we're contacting on your behalf.
Retention
We keep client documents for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period for follow-up disputes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing billing@thewirelessadvisors.com.
